RATES
A house engineer will be provided for all bookings, but we offer a significant discount if you provide your own recording engineer.
CONTROL ROOM: This space is primarily used for mixing, but can be suitable for minor recording. Note: the Control Room is relatively small. It is acoustically treated, however, it is not sound proof.
LIVE ROOM: This space is most commonly used in tandem with the Control Room for standard recording sessions. That said, the Live Room is also available for rehearsals. Note: The Live Room is sound proof and acoustically treated.

CONTROL ROOM = $75/day or $15/hr
CONTROL ROOM + LIVE ROOM = $150/day or $25/hr
LOCK OUT = $300/day

REHEARSALS (LIVE ROOM ONLY)
$100/day or $20/hr
STANDARD BOOKING: 8-hr/day

*The house engineer will work with your recording engineer to orient them to the studio, assist with setup/strike, and troubleshoot any issues.
**The house engineer will work as the recording engineer, handling all recording procedures (i.e. setup, Pro Tools engineering, etc.).
LOCATION
Lendroma is located in San Clemente, CA, a small beach town in Southern Orange County. A short walk to the beach, the studio overlooks the California coastline and offers a departure from common studios locked in a large city. Whichever art form you pursue, consider the environment in which you create. Beyond a professional studio, Lendroma offers a space conducive for creativity, with surroundings that will renew and inspire.
